Is there anything specific we can improve on?

Just one thing...remind clients before they are locked out of their account.  
Because I was on a 3 week business trip, we did not get it done until 2 
weeks before the event and then found that we could not access.  
We received access the next day and finished it up but did not know about the deadline.
